Le Chocolat de H (2019)

This documentary follows Hironobu Tsujiguchi, an international pastry chef and chocolatier from Japan, as he prepares for Paris's annual Salon du Chocolat by searching out and incorporating the staples of traditional Japanese cuisine with cacao.
