Gerd Ashley Mangulad is a 21-year-old visionary filmmaker from Tuguegarao City, Cagayan. From journalism leading to creative writing up to filmmaking, and with her new one-man independent production company, happy sad pictures, she continues to create works that delve into human nature, human experience, and human connections, with the aid of her excellent attention to detail and her experimental creativity to produce meaning out of everything.
